TST currently hosts www.riaa.com, a top ten most requested web site.

TST secured the RIAA's internal enterprise by upgrading the desktops from a mixed environment to a Windows XP environment. An upgrade of the entire infrastructure was performed including firewall, intrusion detection systems (IDS), secure webmail, and remote VPN access. To ensure continued security of the infrastructure, TST developed policies and procedures for new configurations and provided user training.

TST was charged with maintaining the Sound Recording Database which housed the Intellectual Property for major recording labels SONY, Warner, Universal, BMG, EMI, as well as others.
