The Network Storage Specialist must understand the client environment, its infrastructure, growth strategy, initiatives and priorities, as well as the portfolio of specific applications and their behavior. The Network Storage Specialist must also ensure compliance with client-specific regulations and environmental controls.

The candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

The Sr. Systems Administrator disciplines include scheduling/production control, resource/systems management, and interactive operations. Scheduling/production control is responsible for production cycle set-up and maintenance. Monitors the production systems and documents the resolution of problems. Resource/systems management duties include using appropriate tools in monitoring and controlling system performance. Document and diagnose hardware problems and coordinates problem resolution with vendors or support groups. Interactive operations support, monitors, and reports on on-line application systems and availability.

The Systems Administrator includes specializations to conceptualize, design, develop and deploy total system/product solutions for Global-wide information technology. The Systems Administrator disciplines include scheduling/production control, resource/systems management, and interactive operations. Coordination of multiple storage area networks at various locations. Troubleshoot and fix hardware and software problems as they occur. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the identification and resolution of service level problems and the identification and support of mission-critical tasks.

Senior Enterprise Networking Architect
The Senior Enterprise Networking Architect acts independently to provide business and/or technical information technology to formulate enterprise-wide business and/or technical information, product and/or service strategies. Develops and applies state-of-the-art consulting methodologies, business models and organizational behavior models to conceptualize methods to apply business and/or technical information technology products and services as strategic assets. The Senior Enterprise Networking Architect applies extensive industry and enterprise knowledge to identify and recommend integrated solutions, products and services to support the enterprise's accomplishments of business goals or technical needs.

Sr. MS Database Administrator
The Sr. MS Database Administrator monitors and maintains operational database availability and integrity. The candidate must be able to perform SQL query language scripting, Visual Basic or Java. The Sr. MS Database Administrator must be proficient in the following: Database Design and Installation, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, Performance Analysis and Optimization, SQL Server Analysis and Cubes for Multidimensional Reporting of Data and Database Security. Must have experience with Clustering, Data warehousing, Data Mirroring, Database Splitting, Replication and Disaster Recovery/ Fault tolerant/ Redundant Load balancing solutions. The Sr. MS Database Administrator must be capable of designing, planning and implementing high availability systems. The individual must have experience working on UNIX systems as well. This individual must be able to work independently or under supervision.

Telecom Network Engineer
Job Description: Design, configure, integrate, implement, monitor and manage high traffic, multi-client networks and systems servers in Windows and Linux environments using DNS, Web and web statistics, Email and list, file, media, and DHCP. Research, develop, implement, integrate and manage open source and COTS applications such as MRTG, Nagios, OCS, Inventory, ISPConfig, Webtrends and Helix Universal. Implement and integrate VOIP telephony systems, using SoftSwitch software such as Asterisk IP PBX and Voice quality measurement software. IP management using NW monitoring tools and syslog server projects to evaluate performance, redundancy and load balance. Configuration, integration and administration of: multiple data and gateway connections using BGP routing protocol; network access, firewalls and security; web server redundancy using Cisco CSM; and Vmware ESX. Test system components, routers, voice and data gateways, Catalyst switches and circuits. Lead / supervise team of 1-3 technical workers. Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex multi-vendor LAN/WAN network issues. Manage Snort IDS Server. Document installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
Requirements: BS Degree + 5 yrs progressive/post degree Telecom., Network Engineer /Analyst or closely related exp. including one year as a Telecom Network Engineer (network security & network management in Linux & Windows server environments & design & implementation of VOIP systems using SoftSwitch & voice quality measurement). Any suitable combination of education, training & experience is acceptable, such as MS Deg. in Telecommunications plus 1 year Telecom Network Engineer experience. Transportation & driver's license for travel to client sites DC metro area.
