TST was subcontracted by Contemporary Technologies, Inc. (CTI) to provide technical assistance and project management for the installation of Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS) at the Executive Office of the President (EOP) complex. TST provided the technical resources for the installation and configuration of the Windows servers and Windows workstations within the EOP. TST created software distribution packages for the upgrade of all servers and workstations including the common COTS software deployed within the EOP. TST also performed asset inventory data collection and captured software/hardware inventory. TST created a database with inventory query capability, determined hardware Y2K compliance, and determined software licensing compliance for the EOP's workstations and servers.
