TST collects and securely stores customer information only when you purchase products and services from us. Every order form asks customers to fill out their name, postal address and email.
When you place an order we may also collect information on how you communicated with us. We do this primarily so we have alternate ways of communicating with you should the information you provided be inadequate. Information on how you communicated with us can include: the return email address shown in your email messages, the return address on envelopes, the fax number on faxes, and the phone number you used when calling us.
We do not share your credit card or specific payment information with any party outside of TST, including any supplier you may be indirectly ordering from. All monetary transactions are confidential; all associated paperwork is stored securely or shredded when disposed of.
TST incorporates Confidentiality or Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) into any commitment or agreement between TST and other companies. This mutual accord ensures that neither party will disclose pertinent information about the other party. TST believes this is of fundamental importance, particularly when we are providing services that involve any kind of Information Technology Security. TST will strictly not disclose any information about either the client themselves or the services performed for them unless authorized by the client to do so.
TST has never sold rented or traded personal information to any outside parties nor do we contemplate ever sharing this information in the future.
