Return Policy

 

TST, Inc has a general policy of 100% satisfaction or your money back. It is our goal to make every customer 100% satisfied. The few customers that have had returns were very surprised at how easy we were to work with and the nature of their return usually had nothing to do with the price or quality of the product. We will not try to hard sell you into something you're not happy with. We will, however, want to know exactly what the problem is so we can better serve other customers and improve our products. There are very few exceptions to our return policy, and most of them are common sense. Shipped Products

Products that are shipped can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Exceptions:
Items that contain data able to be copied like software. We can only accept returns on these items if they are still in the original wrapping.

Services

Many of our services are rendered over a period of time like graphic design, internet development, etc. These services are billed when ordered and work has begun. In the event that the customer is not happy with the work, most of these services will be refunded either by company check or by reversing the credit card charge.
