The TST Project Manager outlines expectations for the project, which include the scope of the assignment, quality standards and performance expectations, the time frame for completion and budget constraints. The Project Manager will also take into consideration the operational and environmental parameters that are specific to your organization and ensure that every resource is optimized and meeting all goals and objectives.
The TST Project Manager is a certified professional who will insure that the project is adhering to legal regulations and that the design and process implemented can be repeated. This person also serves as a point of contact for the project to ensure that you know who to contact with any concerns that arise and that communication remains open, clear and consistent. Besides continually reviewing and gathering feedback from you so that we know the project is meeting your standards, the TST Project Manager will produce regular progress reports of the project so that you are always apprised of what is going on as to updates, changes or areas of concern.
